Coffor is a lightweight, structural stay-in-place formwork system used to build reinforced concrete walls. It is composed of two filtering grids made of rib lath and reinforced by C-profiles. The grids are attached to each other with articulated rebar connectors.

Once Coffor is secured to the ground, concrete is poured inside. The excess water eliminates itself through the grids while the fluid concrete becomes semi-solid. The elimination of the excess water decreases pressure against the grids. Coffor remains inside the structure and acts as reinforcement.

Coffor constructions can be completed simply, rapidly and cost effectively with non-qualified labor.

Coffor can be used to build all types of concrete constructions:

  • Family homes

  • Residential and commercial buildings

  • Hospitals

  • Schools

  • Warehouses

  • Tanks

  • Swimming pools

  • Tunnels

  • Drainage canals

  • Pile caps

  • Manure pits

  • Silos

  • Waste water treatment plants

  • Crawl space
